Ladiomar watched three editions of events with manual paper submissions fail to live up to that principle.
Hundreds of files were sent, resent, forwarded, and nearly lost in email threads; sales were only handled in person; certificates were forgotten…
It was urgent to simplify that process. But how?
That’s when, in Benguela, on Angola’s western coast, the Instituto Superior Politécnico (ISPB) began a transformation.

The reality of events in Benguela
